specialists are located in the offices of the Entrepreneurial Center
at the Advanced Technology Center in Daytona Beach. This section of

Performance
Based Employment Incentives (PEI)
Based upon prescribed performance guidelines, Volusia County
provides employment incentives to companies creating new to
Volusia County jobs. Incentives, ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 per
new worker, can be acquired for those companies qualifying within
the County’s targeted industry sectors with wages in excess of 115
percent of the County’s average annual wage. Please
