A DAY OF REMEMBRANCE - Memorial Day
represents a day of national awareness and reverence, honoring Americans
who have died while defending our nation and its values. While we should
honor these heroes every day for the contribution they have made toward
securing our freedom, we especially should honor them on Memorial Day.
ISC BREAKS GROUND FOR NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS – International
Speedway Corporation had a groundbreaking for its new headquarters last
week. The new 200,000-square-foot building will be a cornerstone for
“Daytona Live!”, a 71-acre, mixed-use entertainment destination across
from Daytona International Speedway. The project will house more than
1,100 NASCAR and International Speedway Corporation personnel. The
remainder of the Daytona Live! complex will feature a hotel, movie
theater, retail shops and a selection of housing options.
BUSINESS WORKSHOPS – The Small Business Development Center at
Daytona Beach College (DBC) is offering a series of business start up
and improvement workshops in West Volusia. Topics include starting a
business, business financing, marketing strategies, Quickbooks and

TENTH ANNIVERSARY FOR FREIGHT FORWARDER – MacroTransport Services
